Editorial market: contemporary production, distribution and consumption

From the printed book to the electronic text, several breaks divide the long history of ways of reading. Contemporaneously, the digitization in the book industry strongly affects production in the publishing market, also modifying the reader's relationship with the text. From this perspective, Professor Bertrand Legendre proposes a meeting to discuss issues that involve the play of roles between author, reader, editor and technical support of the writing. Faced with the long and complex chain of practices and objects that involve production, the objective is to discuss the transformations in the editorial field from the point of view of its structures, involving aspects of industry concentration, diversity of titles and means of access to publications
